This material includes dense chromium carbide with pure nickel and is designed to maximize bonding while minimizing the incorporation of carbide, providing a dense high nickel layer to bond a topcoat layer. This is typically used to apply a single layer at the same or similar conditions as the topcoat material and is compatable with all VRC carbide materials and most stainless steel, nickel, and other hard materials buildups. BC01 is flowable and is inertly packed in packages of 1, 2.5, and 10 lbs.
